Ever been to a Rock Hill Food Truck Friday event? If not, I am here to tell you that you are missing out. As a former Rock Hill resident, I use to visit Charlotte for everything. Then, I realized Rock Hill has some gems itself. Food Truck Fridays are one of the most exciting times of the year in Rock Hill as you get to enjoy time outdoors. Bring your friends and family members to a Food Truck Friday in Rock Hill.

Every third Friday during the summer, join the town of Rock Hill for Food Truck Friday at Fountain Park in Old Town Rock Hill. Enjoy some of the best food trucks, Old Town restaurants, local beers, children's activities, and live music. Admission is free and food trucks range in pricing depending on the cuisine.

This month we are sharing extra support for females and all the amazing things they have contributed to our history and community. National Women's History Month traces its roots to March 8, 1857. This is when women from various New York City factories organized and held a massive protest. This was over poor working conditions.

2. Abugida Ethiopian Café

According to Yelp, this female-owned restaurant has over 200 reviews it offers delicious Ethiopian cuisine at reasonable prices. 3. Sanctuary Bistro

6. Unwind Tea and Coffee

This is a new spot in the Charlotte area. It is a coffee lover's dream and is owned by women. It is located in historic downtown Pineville and is a flavorful, little cafe overflowing with loose leaf teas, locally roasted coffee beans, freshly made sandwiches for breakfast and lunch, salads, flatbreads, lattes, and much more. 7. Smelly Cat Coffee

Nostalgia never tasted so good. If you love cheese, you need to try this female-owned restaurant in Charlotte. Through today's hustle and bustle, the traditional lunch & dinner hour no longer exists for many Charlotteans.
