New Jamaican Cuisine Kitchen Coming to Downtown Charlotte
Are you a fan of authentic Jamaican food? Well, a new Jamaican cuisine kitchen is coming to downtown Charlotte.
According to Definitions.net, Jamaican cuisine includes a mixture of cooking techniques, flavors, spices, and influences from the indigenous people on the island, and the Spanish, British, Africans, Indian and Chinese who have inhabited the island.
The kitchen is called Fidel’s kitchen Jamaican cuisine and it will be opening its first location in downtown Charlotte. This location will be opening in just a few weeks. This restaurant will only be doing to-go orders but you will be able to find them on all major food delivery sites. They will offer food like a jerk, stew, curry chicken, oxtail, curry goat, rice and peas, red peas soup, reggae rice, white rice, and even more.
