The Great Resignation
People are leaving their jobs in search of more money and flexibility. We can’t ignore that some employees left because of being forced to take the Covid-19 vaccine. A record 4 million workers quit just in April 2021. But many nurses decided they wanted more happiness in their life and quit in November of 2021. The numbers are everywhere on how many employees quit. One article says roughly 33 million Americans quit their jobs since the spring of 2021.
Do you work in an office with vaccinated individuals that still contract the virus? It’s a lot to process when you’re forced to take a vaccine that came on the scene with a gangster lean. I wish the American people knew everything they need to know in order to feel comfortable taking the jab. Life seems different now, and sort of unpredictable. At the end of the day we want to be happy at home, at work and socializing like we used to do.
