You are what you eat. Now we’ve all heard this yet do we really believe it ? I believe if more people truly understood the direct connection between food and health, we might look at the statement differently. According to these are the 10 HEALTHIEST FOODS TO EAT :

  3. Oats
  4. Salmon
  5. Apples
  6. Almonds
  7. Blueberries
  8. Sweet potato
  9. Kale
  10. Avocadoand here are 4 more to add…we’ll call them honorable mentions.
  11. Beets
  12. Lemons
  13. Dark chocolate
