Have you ever wanted to own a town? If you watched Schitt's Creek and thought this town looks like fun then this is the deal for you. Water Valley, Tennessee is for sale. And for just $725,000. Yes, the entire town. Heck, there are plenty of houses in the Charlotte area that are well over that price. So I'd call this a fantastic deal Included in the $725,000 price: a creekside home built in 1900, four "general stores" also built in the early 1900s, and a barn. Two of the buildings included in the sale have "updated wiring and plumbing" and the listing suggests the property would be perfect for a bed and breakfast. The entire town of Water Valley covers 7 acres total.

So you'd need a little creativity and probably an additional budget, but to me, it sounds like this has potential. Water Valley is located about an hour southwest of Nashville, which is growing like crazy lately. A good theme to the town could easily create a desirable weekend getaway for people in the area. I mean theme it after Schitt's Creek and people would flock to the area. Or even making it a country music-themed area could also attract tourists from the Nashville area and give them a different or unique experience.
