There are so many fun fall activities in Charlotte, North Carolina that you won’t want to miss!

October 8:

Circle K Speed Street. The celebration of all things NASCAR will feature food from local vendors, a biergarten and music from R&B artists Ray Singleton and The Hamiltones, rockers Better than Ezra, Tonic and Collective Soul, and country stars Christina Taylor, Cassadee Pope and Chris Lane.

Pumpkin Patch. Pumpkins, hay mountain to climb, barnyard animals, picnic areas, and lots of photo opps. We cannot think of a better way to spend a crisp autumn afternoon than to bring your family to our pumpkin patch and enjoy our historic farm’s property! Free admission with $5 parking.

October 9:

Children’s Theater at ImaginOn. Welcoming audiences back to ImaginOn for in-person shows. Click here for upcoming events. Children’s Theatre of Charlotte also offers a variety of programs for your child to enter the world of theatre. Their award-winning classes will help your child discover their creative spirit in the classroom and in life!

Morris Costumes. While supply chain issues have caused delays in some arrivals, it’s predicted that superheroes will be most popular this year. Beyond costumes, yard props will likely make more of a debut than years prior. Start your search for inflatables, animated statues and fog machines now to spruce up your space prior to Halloween.

October 10:

JJ’s Red Hots. Order a Sahlen’s hot dog on football Sunday. JJ’s Red Hots’ co-founder and owner Jonathan Luther signed a new five-year lease for the joint’s Dilworth location, where it will celebrate its 10th anniversary on July 4. Order a classic, like The Char Heel (housemade chili, diced onions, yellow mustard, slaw), or check out the Instagram account for the Dog of the Week.
