Sha’Carri Richardson Hypes Up Her Next Race, But Fans Turn On Her
Sha’Carri Richardson is ready for her next race but as of now a lot of people doubt the track star will succeed against her toughest competition, the Jamaican Women’s Olympic Team.
A viral thread surfaced on Twitter indicating that the American track star would be no match for the Jamaican Women’s Olympic team but Richardson is going all in no matter what others think.
On Wednesday, Richardson posted a video of her switching up her hair with a Nicki Minaj voiceover captioning it “August 21 and I’m not playing nice.”

This post comes a couple of days before the track star will be facing the three Jamaican women who swept the 100m final in this year’s Olympics.
The three women have beat Richardson’s 10.86 seconds in the 100m which have led to fans doubting her ability in her next race.
Elaine Thompson-Herah of Jamaica won in record time with a 10.61 second race and teammates Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce taking silver with a 10.63 and Shericka Jackson with a 10.76 taking bronze per NBC.
Richardson was met with some rude comments on Instagram but as a fan defended the athlete tweeting, “The obsession with trying to break Sha’Carri Richardson’s confidence is so strange.”
Richardson responded to her fan’s defense, “The love y’all show me, I’ll never let the hate overshadow that. Positivity is sooo much greater than negativity. That’s why God always win and the devil fails.”

Fans commented saying that the track star was exuberating “arrogance” instead of confidence and still are shunning her for her decision to smoke CBD causing her to test positive and be disqualified from the Tokyo Olympics.
