Going to school prepares you for a better life. Throughout life you continuously prepare for things to come. You don’t find yourself preparing for what has already been. You do internships to prepare for a job. In order to eat a meal, you need to prepare it.  You make preparations to get married, have children, build a home. What type of preparations are you making in your spiritual life to meet God? You prepare for everything else. Why wouldn’t you prepare to meet your Creator?

1 Peter 1:13 “Therefore, prepare your minds for action, keep sober in spirit, fix your hope completely on the grace to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ.”
