Pay close attention to the power of your words. Give encouragement at all times. Encourage those around you even when it’s not perfect.  Give the support and motivation to show you believe in them.  This will help your kids, family, friends and loved ones to keep trying and not give up.  If you shoot them down and tell them how horrible it is they may never try again.  Focus on their effort and give encouragement.  This will push them to greatness!
