Thousands of people are leaving their homes in Australia because of raging floodwaters. But, humans aren't the only ones seeking safety. Some South Wales residents say they are seeing hundreds of spiders and snakes. Ugh!
Resident Matt Lovenfosse snapped the picture above of spiders making their way to his home seeking dry land. Lovenfosse says he's seen several snakes climb trees in his yard, too.
And TikTok user Shenea Varley captured this video of spiders trying to escape the waters. GEESH!!!
