As much as Amazon promoted it’s infamous PRIME DAY – its two-day mega sales event – I was surprised to hear some analysts say it was ‘one of the worst Prime Days ever seen.’ DigitalTrends actually says Prime Day was disappointing this year. In fact, Amazon hasn’t even disclosed what it made in sales from the event.
Instead, Amazon has focused on how well it’s third-party sellers did during Prime Day. According to Amazon, third-party sellers raked in the dough – a record $3.5 billion from the shopping event.
What were the top-selling products? Items from bedding to wireless accessories to nutrition and wellness and even health care.
