Amidst the Covid-19 pandemic Governor, Roy Cooper has officially declared a state of emergency. Cooper came down on the cosmetology and barber industry Monday in efforts to combat the spread of the virus. As of yesterday, the governor enforced executive order 120 statewide that ALL hair & skin salons, schools, nail salons, spas, etc… to close.

*New* Statewide salon (including hair, skin and nail shops) closure starting 3/25/2020 at 5:00pm required for a minimum of 30 days – per Governor Cooper’s Executive Order 120 updated 3/23/2020 8:02pm
