Another long time Panther has ended his run in Charlotte. Tight End Greg Olsen and the Panthers have “mutually agreed” to part ways according to the Panthers official website. Olsen played 13 seasons in the NFL – 9 with the Panthers. His agent told ESPN his client is still interested in playing football next season.
It’s another veteran loss for the Panthers who will go into next year without LB Luke Kuechly who tired early this month. Olsen, who enjoys doing NFL TV commentary could retire and make his way to the booth.
