Patti Weber Ignites Collaboration
If you need an example of a strategic leader, team player and eloquent collaborator, look no further than Patti Weber! She moves across the hemisphere wearing many hats that encompass compassion, transformation and inclusion in the business sector as well as the non-profit world. Patti is the CEO and Co-Founder at Croixstone Consulting, a boutique consulting firm known for connecting the brightest minds in business and community serving the greater Charlotte region with two practices – Croixstone Consulting and Croixstone Solutions. She’s also a member of the Charlotte Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), and a member of Carolina Women In Tech (CWIT).
One of Patti’s passions is raising awareness for pancreatic cancer in memory of her dad, Jim, who lost his life to the world’s toughest cancer in 2005 which happens to be the third leading cause of cancer-related death in the United States. Thanks to Patti, Mark Weber and Grace Lynch we now have exciting energy in Charlotte surrounding Charlotte Pancreatic Cancer Alliance because the Alliance amplifies the voices of our region’s pancreatic cancer community. They’re storytellers from all backgrounds with a mission to use each of the 365 new days of the year (and 366 days during leap years like 2020!) to create local awareness.

You might remember Patti when she was known by many across the Charlotte region as the former Teams Ambassador for PurpleStride Charlotte. In 2018, Patti was selected to serve on PanCAN’s National PurpleStride Task Force to help develop the organization’s three-year strategic plan for the signature event.
