When you see the word nourishment, most times you think of food.  Food for your physical being.  What about nourishment for your spiritual being? How often do you feed your spiritual being?  Nourishing your spiritual being should be a daily occurrence, just like feeding your physical self.  Nourish your spiritual being with the Word, Prayer, bible study, memorizing scripture, singing spiritual songs, and more.

John 6:51 "I am the living bread that came down out of heaven; if anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever; and the bread also which I will give for the life of the world is My flesh."
