An unnamed 22-year-old man has sought help in removing tweezers from his urethra.
The man said he suffered no pain and was able to urinate okay, but wanted to have the tweezers, which had been stuck in the shaft of his penis for four years, removed.
Doctors in Saudi Arabia were able to apply pressure to both sides of the penis to keep the tweezers closed while they removed them.
The practice called, “Sounding” is the act of inserting objects into the urethra which some men find sexually stimulating. “The patient was recommended to undergo a psychiatric evaluation but he refused. The patient did not follow up with the outpatient department.” wrote the doctors. You can see our national story here.
