Cleveland Community College On Lockdown After Threat Against Student.
Cleveland Community College says the lockdown has been lifted after a post on the school’s Facebook page, said officials had received word of a threat made by someone against one of the students who was currently on campus.
Cleveland Community College was on lockdown after officials were made aware of a threat made against a student.
The school learned of the threat just before 2 p.m. Tuesday. Officials said they immediately notified law enforcement and put a lockdown in place.
The lockdown was put in effect for the entire campus, meaning no one could enter or leave.

Cleveland Community College takes the security of its students and employees very seriously. At 1:49 p.m. today we received word of a threat made by an individual against one of our students who is currently on campus. The College took immediate action, notifying the proper law enforcement officials and locking down the campus. We have since expanded the lockdown to include the entire campus meaning that no one can enter or leave campus at the present time. We continue to work closely with law enforcement and will provide updates on this situation.
