How would you like a little dandelion along with your salmon? There are restaurants serving 'weeds' with meals.

You may see a dandelion or cattails as just ordinary weeds, but there's a growing trend of people who "forage". In other words, they find wild foods in the forest - wild foods like weeds that are edible.

Well, what you may call "weeds" these foragers seem them as fine cuisine. And it's not just a hobby. There are restaurants, like high-end restaurants in New York—including Daniel, Gramercy Tavern and Cosme—that use "weeds" to create delicious dishes.
