I recently took a self-care day of my own!

Being a Diva isn't always glitz and glam, and I have to make sure that I'm shining from the inside out. I'd like to thank Dr. Chasity Adams, and Kathy Rogers from Mental Health America of Central Carolinas for coming in and breaking the stigma behind Mental Illness.

A lot of you called in with some great questions so I wanted to make sure you had all the resources you needed to make those next steps in reclaiming your best self .
