And it’s never too late to make some positive changes to your life. Now, notice I said ‘life” as in “lifestyle” because that’s what it’s become for me.
After joining the gym, and just eating healthier overall; I decided to started juicing at the end of 2017. The results have been great — from lower blood pressure, more energy, to vibrant skin – I’m not stopping there though, it’s time to kick things up a notch.
For 90 days, I’m refraining from fried foods, rice, pasta, high-sugary foods, alcohol, and bread. Keep up with my progress and share your journey by using hashtag #JDGutsandButtsChallenge .
