R&B King R. Kelly and his peeps are prepared to sue the Lifetime Network of they air a six-part documentary that features women who say R. abused them in some way.

The documentary includes R. Kelly's ex-wife and several other women who say they were among other things, 'sex slaves' to the R&B crooner.  The women allege R abused them either sexually, mentally or physically.

Meanwhile, R has NOT been convicted of any crime and his lawyers say the documentary is full of lies and they threaten to sue Lifetime Network if they air the series. It's set to air 9m tonight (Thursday) on Lifetime. Guess who'll be watching?
