Thanksgiving Traditions with V101.9

Now that Thanksgiving has come and gone, I’m sure everyone has enjoyed the 3F’s, Family, Food, and Football. While you indulge in all that delicious food let’s not forget about those extra pounds you were on track to lose.If you’ve got plenty of food left over, instead of tempting yourself why not box up food in to-go boxes and give it to the homeless, that would surely be a blessing to them, and donate any nonperishable items to a local homeless shelter or soup kitchen, this will also help keep you from over eating, and possibly gaining any excess weight.
