Just when you think you've seen it all...a Florida police officer seems to go rogue on a 14-year-old girl after she and others were kicked out of a mall for being rowdy.

The video is pretty graphic. The officer is seen pounding into the side of the girl who is face down on the ground. Another officer has her pinned down.

Reports say the teen was with several others who were asked to leave the shopping mall after being disruptive. As they were leaving, the 14-year-old girl reportedly cursed at officers and had her hand in a fist. And was inciting the other teens to curse.

Anyway, as you can imagine the video has people upset! Meanwhile, the police officer says he was well within procedure to take such action. What do you think?
