Such was the case recently when an 11-year-old Chicago girl in need of a heart, was surprised by the mega rapper. Little Sofia Sanchez had two wishes - 1) of course to get a heart and 2) to meet her all-time favorite entertainer Drake.
Guess what? She got BOTH!!
