Hospice and Palliative Care are bringing a free-standing palliative care clinic to Mecklenburg County for the first time

Hospice and Palliative Care is an organization that strives to help individuals and families coping with a life-limiting illness define what is important to them. Hospice is all about making the most out of each day and enjoying the upmost quality of life possible. Hospice care is provided in freestanding hospice centers, hospitals, and nursing homes and other long-term care facilities, and at the patients house. Hospice is bringing a free-standing palliative care clinic to Mecklenburg County. This will be the first free-standing palliative care clinic to come to Mecklenburg County. The new building will open with their ribbon cutting July 24, 2018 at 12:30 pm, but the open house will be from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm.
