Though his lawyer wouldn't confirm how much he was getting, Billboard says that Wayne's Lawyer Ron Sweeny said the following:
Whether or not that means that Tha Carter V is set to release or not - we're hoping so, but no such words have been spoken as of yet. As for Wayne's relationship with Birdman, we'll see if it still seems solid after this.
