According to TMZ, at approximately 4 a.m., the rapper attempted to enter his gated community.
Unfortunately for T.I., he forgot his key and was not allowed to enter the gate.
Obviously, this didn't sit well with him, and he chose to take matters into his own hands.
Apparently, the security guard phoned the cops after the altercation.
When officers arrived on the scene, T.I. was arrested.
He faces a slew of charges, from public drunkenness to assault.
As of this posting, T.I. has been released from jail.
