Beyonce's baby sister, Solange Knowles, isn't taking any chances on her health. She's canceled her New Year's Eve gig at the AfroPunk festival in South Africa because of health issues.

CNN Entertainment reports the singer/DJ posted on her Instagram that she has been dealing with an illness that affects the automonic nervous system. Apparently, Solange has been dealing with a nerve disorder for the last few months.

The Mayo Clinic says symptoms range from problems with a regular heart rate, blood pressure, perspiration and bowel and bladder issues. Autonomic nerve disorders controls a person's involuntary functions.

The good news is Solange is getting treatment and getting the R&R she needs.
