Well, she has officially joined the cast and will be a part of Disney's upcoming live-action version of the animated film, "The Lion King."
Beyonce is set to play the part of Nala. It's an all-star cast that includes actor/director/artist Donald Glover as 'Simba' and veteran actor James Earl Jones as Mufasa.
It's set to be released in July 2019.
Go, Beyonce!
By the way, "The Lion King" rakes in big money. It made $968 million globally at the box office and of course, set off a successful and long-running Broadway show.
