With most of the sports community taking a knee in support of former NFL'er Colin Kaepernick's protest of the police killing of unarmed black men, some celebrities weren't too far behind in their support for unrest in the country.

Celebrities Pharrell Williams, Justin Timberlake and Ariana Grande all performed in Charlottesville, Virginia over the weekend a month after white supremacists clashed with counter-protestors. A 32 year old woman was killed when a car slammed into a crowd.

The night was called "an evening of music and unity."
