
Historical Brattonsville presents, “By the Sweat of our Brows” which is an award winning program that honors the African-American culture and heritage.
The descendants of the plantations enslaved are known collectively as the Seven Sacred Families that will come together to tell their story. The annual event offers house and cabin tours, demonstrations of traditional agricultural practices, and live gospel music. By the sweat of our brows, September 9th from 10 am to 4 pm.
