Pop star Taylor Swift is serious over hands and arms touching her inappropriately! And that case is moving forward. In fact, a jury has been seated in the case and the first day of testimony has gotten underway in a civil trial in which Swift says a former Denver morning host touched her inappropriately touched her during a 2016 meet-and-greet in Denver.

The former radio host David Mueller was fired days after the incident. He's now suing Swift for $3 million in damages, saying he lost his job because of her allegations.

In the first day of testimony Mueller said that their hands and arms touched as they got into position for a photo. He said his right hand, in a closed fist with the palm down, came into contact with part of Swift's body.

"I felt what seemed to be a rib cage or ribs".
Wow.
