Just ask singer Justin Bieber who actually struck a member of the paparazzi with his truck while leaving a Beverly Hills event.
Now, Bieber did do the right thing and got out of his truck and stayed to assist the 57 year old man who is doing okay. Bieber was NOT cited.
Well, at least he stayed to help the man!!
