Mike Windle/Getty Images for Vanity FairUber is rolling out new policies to benefit drivers. The new rules include drivers will no longer get docked because of a passengers low rating for things out of their control - things like pricing issues or glitches with the app. Under the new policies, drivers will have the ability to adjust fares and they can get paid $15 for returning passengers lost items.
All of this to squelch some of the drama that Uber has faced recently. It's what Uber is calling its "180 Days of Change" initiative - an effort to cleanup corporate issues that have led to the cofounder Travis Kalanick resigning as CEO.
