See, I told you R. Kelly was NOT on the up and up. Wasn't it about 10 years ago that all that drama surfaced that R had a fettish for little girls? Well, apparently that 'fettish' didn't go anywhere. A 21 year old woman is speaking up after allegations that the R&B singer has been holding her and other women hostage in an abusive cult. Joycelyn Savage talked to TMZ.

Her parents think R Kelly has been 'brainwashing' girls and keeping them in rental properties in Chicago and Atlanta. R denies the allegations, calling them disturbing.

Joycelyn's parents went so far as to hold a news conference expressing their concern about her safety and well-being.
